Innovapymes is a technology consultancy specialised in digital transformation for small and medium-sized businesses in Spain. This website is informational and commercial in nature.
Intellectual property
All website content (text, images, logos, design and code) is owned by the titular or licensed accordingly. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this site, the parties submit to the Courts of Puerto Real, waiving any other jurisdiction.

How long do we keep your data?
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry. If no commercial relationship is established, it is deleted within 2 years of the last communication.
Do we share your data with third parties?
We do not share data with third parties except as required by law. Email delivery uses SMTP servers provided by Hostinger Europe, S.L., acting as a data processor within the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to miguelangel@innovapymes.com , attaching a copy of your ID. If you believe processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

5. Applications developed by Innovapymes
Innovapymes develops business management applications for its clients (ERP, CRM, POS and other vertical solutions). This section describes how data is handled in those applications, with particular focus on the use of artificial intelligence technology.
Data controller
The data controller for data entered into the applications is the client (business or self-employed person) who contracts the service. Innovapymes acts as data processor under art. 28 GDPR, providing the technology service under the client's instructions.
Data processed
Applications may process the client's operational business data: orders, quantities, prices, VAT, suppliers, inventory and other management information. This data may include references to natural persons (customers, employees, suppliers) depending on how the client uses the application.
Use of artificial intelligence — Anthropic API
Some features of Innovapymes applications use artificial intelligence models provided by Anthropic, PBC (USA) via their API. This means that certain operational data entered by the user is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing.
Confidentiality
Innovapymes undertakes to treat with strict confidentiality any data it accesses in the performance of its services, and not to share it with third parties except as required by law or at the client's express instruction. All Innovapymes staff and collaborators with access to client data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Security
Applications are deployed on infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated access and periodic backups. Innovapymes applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk level of the data processed.
